Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or UPS and come with Tracking. If you prefer another shipping option, please get in touch with us.

No International orders are shipped at this time.

If you would like to upgrade to another shipping service or option, please let us know.

 

Lost Packages

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim needs to be filed with USPS/UPS (or the shipping service provider used) and not with MEL Jewelry LLC. 

MEL Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and will not issue a refund or store credit.
